Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead business plans, grow client base, manage P&L, and develop top talent in a staffing branch. You will deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, build relationships, and drive revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant work, 2 years in direct sales, 1 year in supervision, and strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. You’ll recruit, coach teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliant operations across the branch.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction via regular communication and business reviews.
• Coach and develop branch team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Lead branch recruitment strategies and on-boarding of new customers.
