The position requires a high school diploma and 5+ years in sales or personnel services, with supervisory experience and strong communication; HR, operations, and client-management collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand the client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met; maintain satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Monitor and optimize pay and bill rates; manage branch P&L and budget.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; coach and mentor recruiters.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership; identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; maintain client relationships across levels.
