Trustmark is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States, Florida, Panama City Beach area to oversee the branch, staff, and operations with a focus on growth and profitability. You will lead business development, manage loan portfolios, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong supervisory capabilities, sales leadership, and a deep understanding of retail banking products.

Formación

• Four-year college education or equivalent banking experience.
• Three (3) years platform banking experience OR five (5) years in banking, business development, or related financial services.
• Supervisory experience or Trustmark’s Development Associate training.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal tech systems.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Extensive understanding of Retail Banking products and services; knowledge of other lines of business.
• May require NMLS registration.
• Proven experience in managing a loan portfolio is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch growth efforts in sales, referrals, wallet share, deposits, and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Process loan applications, interview applicants, and clear exceptions; manage portfolio.
• Ensure marketing materials and branch staff comply with regulations.
• Steer branch toward target goals while mitigating risks and losses.
• Run productive branch meetings focused on business development and profitability.
• Interview prospective employees.
• Mentor and coach branch personnel for daily activities and growth.
• Handle scheduling, performance appraisals, cash items, ITM/ATM balances, and audits.
• Participate in community roles and other service organizations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
