Trustmark National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker - Branch Manager I in Panama City Beach, FL. You will manage the branch, drive growth, oversee lending activities, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include leading business development, conducting sales calls, processing loans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while achieving branch goals. The role emphasizes community involvement and day-to-day leadership.

Competenze

• Four-year college education or equivalent banking experience.
• Three years platform banking experience or five years in related financial services roles.
• supervisory experience or Trustmark training.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Understanding of Retail Banking products and services; knowledge of other lines of business.
• NMLS registration may be required.
• Ability to sit for long periods while using computer.

• Lead branch business development, referrals, wallet share, fee income, deposits and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Process loan applications; interview applicants; manage portfolio and service customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies in branch materials and personnel.
