• General knowledge of banking products and MS Office or similar software.
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize branch revenues, deposits, and loans while minimizing operating losses.
• Drive business development and referrals to other lines of business (Mortgage, Wealth Management).
• Develop relationships with clients by conducting calls.
• Deploy resources to optimize team performance.
• Monitor staff, coach, and ensure quality service and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and audits.
