Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch growth, profitability, and operations.
• Manage day-to-day branch staff and operations.
• Use reports and tools to maximize branch results.
• Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and CSP scores.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Lead branch business planning and community engagement.
• Oversee loan applications, terms, and lending processes.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Communicate goals and monitor performance across staff.
