Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions like the mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
