You will greet clients, check them in, and manage lobby traffic using a tablet while ensuring compliance with policies.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—collaborating with branch colleagues to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling duties while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
