Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with available tech.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management in line with bank procedures.
