Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong policy and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions and manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM duties.
• Introduce clients to the team and address specialized financial needs.
• Simplify banking with self-service options for customers.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
