Chase is hiring a Branch Operations Lead in our local Florida branch. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accurate transactions, provide exceptional client service, and promote self-service options to customers.

• Educate branch team and partners; stay connected and informed.
• Build relationships with clients and refer to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly while adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team, collaborate to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity, and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
