• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs to ease their visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and support specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access for clients.
• Support audits, loss control, and regulatory compliance to keep the branch secure and compliant.
