Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Florida to drive an exceptional client experience and maintain branch efficiency. You will lead daily operations, greet clients, and manage lobby flow while ensuring policy adherence and accurate transactions.

You will train and coach the branch team, promote self-service options, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to uphold compliance, loss control, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains strong organization and attention to detail across tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership and operational proficiency for branch outcomes.
• Committed to educating the branch team and partners.
• Excels at building client relationships and educating clients when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for seamless service and referrals.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
