Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow.
• Provide clear communication and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Oversee cash devices and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options and accessibility to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits in daily operations.
