Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
• Preferred management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services; financial literacy and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards: foster partnerships and identify sales or referral opportunities; optimize performance with coaching and tools.
• Operations and Administration: manage risk, comply with regulations, perform general office duties for efficiency.
