Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch service-line associates to ensure exceptional customer service and operational soundness.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to bank partners, supporting branch sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and risk management requirements.
• Manage daily branch operations, including teller transactions and customer requests.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to staff to drive performance and results.
