Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience or high school diploma with 5 years in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
• Preferred: Management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; identify sales or referral opportunities and coach teams to improve performance.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operations, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions and transactions.
• Lead and coach a team to achieve results, ensuring accountability and development of associates with cross-functional collaboration.
