• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and assist the location operations manager.
• Supervise retail branch personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with customer service, account openings, and teller duties as needed.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, performance reviews, and staff training.
• Promote bank services and participate in community activities.
