Qualifications

• 3+ years in a financial institution with at least 1 year in leadership functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash operations, security, and management.
• Advanced knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Office and office automation software.
• Complete federal Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration within 180 days; maintain active registration.
• Pass background checks per GSA Excluded Parties List, HUD Denial of Participation List, and FHFA Suspended Counterparty Program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and provide leadership with the Branch Manager and management team.
• Develop new business and deepen member relationships; provide superior member service and coach staff.
• Hire, onboard, and regularly meet with employees to review progress and development.
• Ensure staff training, scheduling, and branch coverage to deliver high service levels.
• Track and meet sales and budget goals; motivate staff and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance and conduct audits; monitor budgets and distribute management reports.
