Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client relationships across retail, small business, and community activities. You will drive branch profitability, oversee operations, and ensure compliance while coaching staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Finance or relevant experience, at least three years in financial services, and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years financial services experience.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred (MIT program) and opening/closing duties.
• Loan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s Core Values in all member interactions.
• Responsible for overall branch financial results, operations, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintains knowledge of Bellco products/services and processes transactions accurately.
• Conducts daily huddles and monthly one-on-ones with branch staff.
• Leads recruitment, training and performance management for branch team.
