Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in 2027/2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day‑to‑day priorities within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and cross‑functional activities to understand how branch operations connect to the broader business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
