Job summary

QXO is seeking a 12-week Summer Internship, offering meaningful hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment while building skills to launch your career.

Interns are embedded in QXO branches across the United States, with opportunities across Roofing, Lumber and Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation. You’ll learn how branches serve customers, manage operations, and drive growth, culminating in a final project and presentation to leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s with graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus relevant to the internship area.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations—sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes.
• Present your final internship project to QXO leaders.
