Branch Operations internships are embedded at QXO locations across the United States, spanning Roofing, Lumber & Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation. Opportunities vary by pathway and location.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation from Winter 2027 to Spring/Summer 2028
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with curiosity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch operations projects and day‑to‑day priorities.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and cross‑functional activities to understand branch connections to the business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
• Build relationships with fellow interns and mentors while developing business, communication, and leadership skills.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to QXO leaders.
