Job summary

QXO is seeking motivated students for a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to give hands-on exposure to a fast-paced organization while building skills to launch careers. Interns contribute to meaningful business initiatives, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain insight into how their role supports QXO's goals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with anticipated graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time for the 12-week internship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales and customer service.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to QXO leaders.
