Qualifications

• Must be able to operate forklift within 90 days of starting.
• Outdoor work in all weather.
• Strong customer service and clerical skills.
• Experience with auction processes preferred.
• Duties performed under supervision.
• Detail oriented for vehicle condition and paperwork.
• Accurate recordkeeping and data entry.
• Knowledge of vehicles makes/models preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Safety awareness around heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, telephone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the computer system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform word processing and filing tasks.
• Process auction day paperwork and secure approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervisor.
• Open to learning automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record vehicle check-in data for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance for auction.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility with loaders for storage.
• Assist visitors and direct to the appropriate person.
• Loader operation experience.
• Report violations of company policy immediately.
• Subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and Customer Service Representatives
• Other duties as assigned.
