Job summary

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union's Edmond branch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure member service quality, and drive branch performance. The ABM will model leadership, manage staffing, and assist the Branch Manager in their duties when needed.

Bilingual Spanish/English certification offers an additional $2 per hour; applicants must have supervisory experience in a financial institution and be willing to work a flexible Mon-Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Must be able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk, developing relationships, and working with team members to manage risk.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and policies.
• Manage cash audit, outages, limits, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to meet sales and service goals and promote best practices.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaint resolution within regulations.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action.
