Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of similar or related lending experience required.
• Financial institution, banking, or credit union experience as a lender or teller required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience meeting or exceeding loan production, deposit growth, and member/customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily branch operations, including teller and lending functions.
• Lead branch staff and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Support loan production, member retention, and business development.
• Maintain effective cash, security, and audit controls.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated member issues and CRM-driven referrals.
