Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years lending experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to people effectively.
• Well organized with ability to manage planned workload with on-going interruptions and redirection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and coaching conversations.
• Cultivate a positive, supportive team culture focused on delivering exceptional member service.
• Lead the branch in achieving growth, member engagement, and profitability targets.
