Point West Credit Union in Portland, OR seeks a Retail Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding member service while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role partners with executive leadership to drive the strategic plan, oversee underwriting, processing, and lending support, and optimize branch performance.

Responsabilidades

• Member Advocacy: provide a positive member environment with prompt responses across channels.
• Member Service Resolution: handle escalated service situations and follow up as needed.
• Department Operations: manage daily operations per procedures.
• Training & Development: coach on needs identification, cross-product promotion, and compliance.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to laws and manage compliance reports.
• System Expertise: maintain knowledge of data processing, loan origination, core systems, and communications systems.
• Meetings & Strategy: lead departmental and staff meetings and strategy sessions.
• Data Utilization: monitor performance trends and inform strategies.
• Strategic Promotion: promote the Credit Union's plans to board, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Policy Development: develop/update policies and procedures; refine processes with tech.
• Back-Up Support: provide back-up for critical functions and remote support.
• Other Duties: perform any other duties as assigned
