Job summary

Embold Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager ly capable of overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and deepening member relationships in our Oregon branch. You will support a team to deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance and secure operations.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Two to Five years of similar or related duties (as outlined in the essential functions).
• PREFERRED: Greater than five years of similar or related duties.
• Education: A high school degree or GED; a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of branch growth plans focused on member relationships, financial wellness, and service quality.
• Assist in driving daily sales, service, and operational activities to meet branch goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members and support onboarding and training.
