Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations to ensure accurate transactions and high service quality.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, mentoring, and training; support hiring and performance management as needed.
• Develop and implement branch operations plans for card services, ATM, wires, ACH, and remote deposit.
• Promote compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies; ensure cash handling controls.
