Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Branch Supervisor to support the Member Solutions Center Manager in day-to-day operations and to deliver superior member service. You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and help drive branch goals while upholding all policies and controls.

You will greet members, process transactions accurately, and guide the team in cross-selling credit union products. Strong communication and leadership will be essential in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree desirable.
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Multilingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MSC Manager and guide staff to meet branch goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end reports on branch operations and productivity.
• Greet members and handle transactions with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance and internal controls; monitor KPIs and branch goals.
• Coordinate training and motivate staff to cross-sell products and services.
• Schedule, supervise, and coach branch staff to ensure high member satisfaction.
