Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch sales and drive growth of customer relationships. You will oversee operations in the Branch Manager's absence and ensure high-quality service across all bank products.

You will coach staff, process loans, meet branch goals, and build partnerships with Mortgage, Investments, and Commercial lenders while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business-related major or two years of successful sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in banking or equivalent education.
• NMLS license/designe is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch sales and leadership.
• Develop customer relationships through full scope of bank products/services.
• Meet and exceed branch sales goals.
• Full management of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff in sales and relationship development.
• Process loan applications and close loans.
• Establish relationships with Mortgage, Investments, and Commercial Lenders and Private Bankers.
