Job summary

Paycom - ATS is supporting a credit union role focused on member financial transactions, cash handling and accurate recordkeeping. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers while balancing the cash drawer and replenishing vaults as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Education: A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal: Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Balances cash drawer and performs ITM and vault replenishments.
• Maintains member records and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Welcomes members and directs them to appropriate departments.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities with members and nonmembers.
• Answers phone, scans documents, and maintains professional demeanor.
