Job summary

United Business Bank in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager (Branch Service/Branch Operations Manager) to lead all branch operations, including teller and new account processing, while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes training staff, cross-selling products and services, managing expenses, and supporting Relationship Managers with outside calls when time permits.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures. Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
• Experience Required: Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations, including teller functions and new account processing.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and services and train staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Review management reports and supervise daily callbacks, error resolution and data processing duties.
• Assist Other managers and relationships managers with external calls when time permits.
