Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager on-site in Las Vegas to oversee daily branch operations and back up the Client Service Manager in their absence. You will ensure accurate Teller, New Account and background operations, while guiding staff in cross-selling bank products and services.

You will review management reports, complete daily callbacks, and support the Regional Branch Administrator and the Director of Branch Administration with special projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bank experience in Operations.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations.
• Onsite role with no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and cover the Client Service Manager when needed.
• Oversee Teller, New Account and background operations tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Support staff in cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Review management reports and perform daily callback tasks.
• Assist the Regional Branch Administrator and the Director of Branch Administration with duties.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to clients.
