Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Teller, New Account and background tasks within policy and budget.
• Provide training and support to staff; encourage cross-selling of bank products.
• Assist Relationship Managers with outreach to businesses and clients as time permits.
• Review management reports, handle daily callbacks, and resolve processing issues.
• Assist Regional Branch Administration and Operations Administrator with duties as requested.
