Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager to lead daily branch operations on site. The role supports the Client Service Manager, oversees teller and new account functions, and drives cross-selling across the branch.

Ideal candidates bring prior management and at least 3 years in banking operations, with strong communication and Office software skills. The role offers a stable team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
• Experience: previous management experience; minimum 3 years in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and back up the Client Service Manager in their absence.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and services and support staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Review management reports and daily callbacks; resolve item/data processing issues.
• Assist the Client Service Manager, Regional Branch Administrator and the Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects as requested.
• Ensure clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally.
