Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Manager to lead the team, support technicians, coordinate dispatch, and ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

The role requires 3+ years of management, working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and strong supervisory and communication skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the position.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong supervisory, communication and computer skills required.
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and develops staff, including hiring, termination, scheduling, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance, service, and indoor air quality activities to improve efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the general manager on budget creation and management.
• Generate reports and track inventory, tools, and vehicles; review with management.
• Instruct crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked and parts are returned as needed.
• Oversee payroll accuracy for technicians; coordinate with dispatch for service assignments.
