Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant in New York to address customer and branch inquiries under supervision.

You will perform clerical tasks, assist with yard functions, including loader operation, and ensure all vehicle information is accurately recorded during the sale process. Responsibilities include handling orders, data entry, pricing references, and supporting auction-day paperwork.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication to interact with customers & towers.
• Willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data in the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints.
• Handle clerical duties and filing.
• Process paperwork for auction day with approvals.
• Learn automobile titling as needed.
• Support other office functions as needed.
• Record vehicle check-in and organize files.
• Detail vehicles to improve auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Guide visitors to appropriate contact.
• Operate loaders as needed.
• Report policy violations to supervisor.
• Be a subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loaders, and CSRs
• Perform other duties per business needs.
