The role supports auction activities, data entry, and vehicle preparation, requiring outdoor work in all weather, willingness to learn forklift, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership and time management skills required.
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Willing to learn forklift within 90 days of starting.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles is helpful.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction preferred.
• Basic automotive repair skills preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Must stay alert to hazards around heavy equipment.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and data entry.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints.
• Perform word processing, filing, and related clerical duties.
• Process all paperwork for auction day with approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervision.
• Open to learning automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record and file vehicle check-in information for facility.
• Detail vehicles to enhance auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Assist visitors by directing to the right contact.
• Loader operation as needed.
• Report policy violations to supervisor immediately.
• Serve as SME for Yard Attendants, Loaders, and CSRs.
• Other duties as assigned.
