Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation within 90 days.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles required.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction helpful.
• Basic automotive repair skills preferred.
• Prior forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in-person.
• Enter data and process orders in the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information for customers.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform clerical duties including word processing and filing.
• Handle paperwork for auction day with supervisor approvals.
• Learn automobile titling and assist with office tasks as needed.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility and ensure proper storage.
• Record vehicle information and prepare vehicles for sale at the branch.
