Job summary

RB Global Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Assistant to handle customer inquiries, clerical tasks, and yard functions including loader operation. You will ensure vehicle information is recorded and help maintain vehicles during the sale process.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with pricing, answering questions, and supporting the supervisor. The role requires outdoor work in all weather and readiness to learn forklift operation within 90 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform word processing, filing, and clerical duties.
• Process paperwork for auction day with approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervisor guidance.
• Open to learning automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record and file vehicle check-in information.
• Detail vehicles to enhance their value at auction.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Assist visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Loader operation experience.
• Report policy violations promptly.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and Customer Service Representatives.
• Other duties as needed.
