Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent with 5 years of experience in financial services or branch operations management.
• Experience with banking regulations and compliance.
• Preferred: management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities and refer to bank partners.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance and manage risk in customer interactions and transactions.
