Job summary

GenServe Inc. seeks a Branch Manager in New Jersey to oversee daily service operations, safety, and financial performance.

You will lead technicians, field managers, and dispatchers, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while championing safety and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, analyze metrics, and collaborate across HR and support teams to improve technician development and branch performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field service operations; experience in power generation, electrical, industrial equipment, or related technical service environments preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience; budget or P&L accountability preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; experience with field service management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, financial, and operational performance of the branch and drive a culture of safety and compliance.
• Own the branch budget, forecast accuracy, and EBITDA targets with regular reviews to identify variances and act.
• Oversee daily service operations: scheduling, dispatching, and field productivity; monitor PM attainment and service quality.
