Job summary

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive safety culture, optimize operations, and develop talent, partnering with HR and support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service operations; power gen or industrial equipment preferred.
• 2+ years leadership; budget or P&L accountability preferred.
• Strong safety, financial, and operational performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch safety and compliance with DOT and SH&E standards.
• Manage daily service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and quoting.
• Drive branch EBITDA, revenue, and cost controls.
• Lead talent development, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to standardize processes.
