Central Power Systems & Services seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch operations, enhance service and repair activity, and drive profitability. You will oversee the Parts and Service departments, manage budgets, and work to meet corporate sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership of field and shop teams, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with management committees to strategize growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or 5+ years of management experience in heavy equipment/diesel repairs.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop and implement strategy for branch operations within budgets and timeframes.
• Oversee Retail Operations in accordance with partner guidelines.
• Grow service business in shop and field and increase generator and equipment sales and rentals.
• Understand financial statements and adjust as needed to meet goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance across the branch.
