Job summary

White Cap in New Jersey seeks a Branch Manager to oversee P&L, inventory, and accounts receivable for the local branch. You will safeguard assets, optimize staffing, and lead initiatives to improve service and profitability.

The role requires 7+ years in a related field and an acceptable MVR if operating a vehicle. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations is preferred. Salary range is $87,300–$136,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• For 7+ years in branch/warehouse leadership and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management preferred.
• Experience with inventory, P&L, and KPI oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location.
• Achieve EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Oversee staffing levels and training programs.
• Develop strategies to grow local market share and pursue opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and work with vendors.
