Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead a branch, overseeing logistics, safety, profitability, and daily operations while mentoring field personnel and enforcing company policies.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage inventory and equipment, monitor financial performance, and drive process improvements in a safety-focused, quality-driven environment. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch logistics, scheduling field personnel and equipment, inventory, and repairs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams for safety and performance.
• Monitor branch financial performance and reporting of profits and losses.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and foster an employee-led safety culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize productivity.
