Job summary

Qualifications

• Active P&C licensing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage daily workflow.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and meet financial goals.
• Recruitment and onboarding of staff; succession planning.
• Ensure policy compliance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and sales leadership.
• Serve as Account Manager for assigned book of business.
